US Army veteran, Industrial/Organizational Psychologist. Founder of AGADA.

AGADA was born from the values that shaped my life: service, family, and faith. After more than two decades in workforce development, talent strategy, and early career coaching - including building and leading internship programs and mentoring emerging professionals - I saw a growing need for accessible, personalized support for those navigating career change or just starting out.

AGADA Designs is where my creativity lives. I handcraft jewelry inspired by simplicity, storytelling, and rural life - sold both online and at local markets. Each piece is a reminder that beauty lives in everyday strength and intention.

As a disabled US Army veteran, a working mom, and a proud resident of rural Alabama, I understand what it means to start over, hustle with heart, and build a life defined by purpose - not titles.
